Many of our products may contain or have come into contact with nuts, soybean derivatives, eggs, wheat gluten, milk, and other allergens. You should be aware of this should you have any allergies to these foods.
Due to numerous past NSF’s, we no longer accept checks. We gladly accepts Cash, Debit or Credit cards. $5.00 minimum required on Credit Card purchases. No minimum purchase required for Debit Cards.
Wedding consultations / appointments are $50. If the wedding cake is booked with us the $50 fee will be deducted from the remaining balance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a new appointment will need to be made. Any remaining wedding cake balances are due no later than two weeks prior to the wedding.
No design changes will be allowed after this point.
Every decorated item we create is being custom made just for you. When an order is placed, we reserve time, production resources and staffing allocations for that order, subsequently, we may have turned away other potential business to fill your order.
We require at least 24 hours notice for ALL orders including changes and/or cancellations.
We will always try our best to contact you for design clarification or acceptance when a design change is needed. We strive to create the exact design you want. If you want your item decorated a specific way then we will require a picture to use as a reference. If no picture has been provided then we reserve the right to use creative judgment where we feel is necessary.
Once an item has been picked up by you or your designated party it is considered "accepted". Refunds requested due to decorating style, color shade choice or general decoration design will not be honored. If for some reason we do decide to any type of refund, it will be given as store credit. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. All refunds will be subject to a consultation fee of 20% of the product.
Once our product has left the store it is your responsibility to get it to its final destination in one piece. Our items are very fragile. Especially in warmer weather.
Picture Submission Policy:
We want to have any item you order be exactly the way you want it. We do this by meeting with you face-to-face in the store so your design and color requirements are precisely documented for our designers and your expectations on what is possible within your budget criteria are clear. If you have a picture of something you would like us to use as a reference we ask that you bring it in to the store for our designers to have while they make your cake.
We do understand that in some instances you may wish to send us a picture by email. Please note that sometimes colors and shapes can be different as printed and any custom tweaks can be misinterpreted in the email. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE DIFFERENCES.
In order to submit pictures by email please adhere to these specific requirements:
• Email picture submissions are only accepted after you have discussed item type, size and flavor requirements with an in-store designer and you have received a price range quote.
• Email picture submissions are required no less than 48 hours before cake is due.
• You must call to confirm the picture has been received by the Bakery.
• Any digital pictures must be in “JPG” or “PDF” format and it must be no less than 300 dpi with a printable size of the item (not the background) no less than 6 inches.
